A Livigno la neve non manca mai: da fine novembre ai primi di maggio Livigno si propone agli appassionati dello sci con i suoi impianti modernissimi sparsi su 115 chilometri di piste, suddivisi tra i comprensori di Mottolino e Carosello 3000. Abbiamo imponenti snow-park, quotati tra i migliori d’Europa. Non mancano rifugi e ristoranti, oltre a scuole di sci molto qualificate e baby-park attrezzati. Non solo: a dicembre e ad aprile è attiva la promozione “Skipass Free” per gli ospiti che soggiornano almeno 4 notti in hotel. Lungolivigno è anche “Ski-in&Ski-out - esci dall’hotel con gli sci ai piedi!”: l’Hotel Lac Salin Spa&Mountain Resort****S è posizionato direttamente sulle piste da sci. Vieni a vivere tutta la magia dell’inverno, circondato dal bianco candore del nostre montagne.
Alpine Ski
Have fun on our 115 kilometers of trails, subdivided between the Mottolino and Carosello 3000 complexes. An enormous ski park with 33 centers, accessible from various points and directly from town, and also by using the convenient and free skibus service. The trails are spacious and well tended.
Cross country skiing
The 42 kilometers of cross country trails attract national ski teams from all over the world. The routes are perfect for classic technique or sketting. “La Sgameda”, the international cross country skiing marathon, is held in December.
Snowboard
Livigno has some of the best snow-parks in Europe. Mottolino and Carosello 3000 compete with each other to offer boarders areas designed to let them execute spectacular jumps and tricks, as well as trails reserved for freeride. If you own a snowboard, Livigno is where you want to be.
Snowshoes
Our guides will lead you to discover enchanted spots in our mountains, where you can immerse yourself in silent harmony with nature. The moonlight snowshoe excursions reserved for our guests are too good to pass up.
Telemark
Elegant, refined and delicate. The ancient technique for downhill skiing, precursor of today’s style. Every year, thousands of Telemark aficionados from all over the world gather in Livigno to participate in the Free Heel Festival.
Husky Village
Experience an unforgettable adventure riding a sled pulled by a team of huskies. Individual and group rides can be arranged, on a trail several kilometers long, which takes 40-60 minutes to cover. Children are invited to participate sitting snug and warm in the sleigh.
Drive on ice
Would you like to know the secrets of safe driving on snow? In Livigno you can. Expert instructors await you, ready to teach you how to make a fishtail turn on a front wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicle. Have fun organizing races and contests with friends and colleagues, on a vacation full of things to do and enjoy.
Free ride
Livigno is a paradise for those who crave fresh powder. There are entire areas of the complex dedicated to free-riding, with strict safety precautions enforced. Climb up high and experience the thrill of a downhill run on a blanket of virgin snow. We’re waiting for you!
Snow Park Mottolino
Mottolino is not just the name of a ski complex. It stands for high altitude climbers’ huts, ski and snowboard trails for every level of expertise, free kindergarten and Europe’s finest snow park, featuring four lines of jumps and rails with 43 rail boxes, 22 jumps, two half pipes and a wall ride.
Snow Kinderclub
Livigno proposes the Kinderclub for children over three. There are plenty of snow games to keep the youngsters occupied, under the supervision of our simpatico Lupigno, the sweet club mascot, who loves playing with the kids. The Kinderclub is a safe place for children to have fun with others and take their first steps with skis on.
Guided skiing
We care deeply about our guests’ wellbeing. And that’s why we provide expert guides to accompany small groups or individual skiers in exploring all that the Livigno ski complex has to offer. Art in ice
Since 1995, “Art in ice” has celebrated art events in Livigno, using snow and ice as materials. In 2013, the “Art in Ice” association, of which Lungolivigno is a member, organized an art happening, featuring the "Third Paradise of Michelangelo Pistoletto".
