Nordic Walking: fitness in natureAn easy sport for everybody
It is walking fast with the help of ski poles, simulating the classic technique of cross country skiing. The practice of this sport was born in Finland as summer training for the skier and nowadays has become a very popular sport, especially in middle and northern Europe.
