28 square metres of space, a king size double bed, with white soft sheet, white danish eiderdowns and a very comfortable sofa bed are waiting for you for an unforgettable stay!

The wonderul superior room has a modern style, paying particoular attention to the technology, but never forgetting the materials of the alpine tradition. The rooms are also finished with ecologic materials: the soft fitted anallergic carpet remebers the colours and patterns of the traditional "Valtellina carpets" and the sitting room with a floor in dark oak makes the whole atmosphere warmer.

In the sitting room a sofa (which can become third or forth bed) waits for yor relax after a day outdoor and, if you have enough time, the wide balcony with deck-chairs, allows you to enjoy the view over the Livigno village or over the Alps and, obviously, to sunbathe!

A modern desk, where you can work using the wi-fi internet connection, the 21" LCD Tv Color, the direct telephone, the  big safe (which can also contain a PC) and the frigobar are the technology equipements you can find in all the rooms.

Bathrobe, slippers and a rich set of cosmetic products for the toilet are always at guest's disposal.

The wide bathroom has a minimal style with bath-tub or shower and two washbasins. The mirrors inside the bathroom, near the clothes peg and the big wardrobe give you the chance to prepare yourself with great care for a special evening in our restaurants or for a walk in the center of Livigno.
