Cancellation Policy

 

A deposit of 30% of the entire amount of the booking is mandatory for the confirmation of the reservation.

SUMMER - AUTUMN: From the 1st May to the 31st October the cancellation by 16 days  prior of the arrival not involved a charge penality.

WINTER - SPRING: From the 1st November to the 30th of April the cancellation by 30 days from the arrival not involved a charge penality.

• For cancellation from 30 up to 8 days before arrival date the hotel will charge 30% of the entire stay
• For cancellation from 7 up to 4 days before arrival date the hotel will charge 60% of the entire stay
• For cancellation received from 3 up to 1 days before the arrival date the hotel will charge 90% of the entire stay
• In case of no-show the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation
• In case of early departure or late arrival the amount of the entire booked reservation will be charged

Arrival and departure

On the arrival day the room is available from 16:00, without any time limit.

On the departure day the room must be free by 10:30.

Children policy

The following reductions are valid only for the third and fourth bed in the room, as the first two persons in the room are always computed as two adults.

• 0 - 1,99 years old free, meals will be charged a part. In case of baby cot we will charge the amount of Euro 10,00 per night
• 2 - 5,99 years old 50% reduction on the official price list per person
• From 6 years old 30% reduction on the official price list per person

 

Wellness Center

The entrance in the sauna area is not allowed for children under 14 years old.

Massages and beauty treatments are available at the Mandira SPA in Hotel Lac Salin SPA & Mountain Resort. Reservation is recommended.

Pets

Pets are allowed, with an extra charge of Euro 20,00 per animal per night.
