Concordia Restaurant is proud to propose its seasonal, traditional cuisine made with local produce from Valtellina and the nearby areas. The result is genuine flavours which bring out added taste even to typical peasant dishes, revisited using new, modern cooking methods. Meals are served in the recently renovated dining room with its enormous windows and the large black and white photograph of Livigno in the old days. There are also two smaller rooms panelled in ancient wood and separated by a transparent crystal technological wine chamber. Diners booking the Gastronomic Tour will be served 5/7 different dishes, in a surprise menù specially created by our chef and set off by wines carefully selected by our sommelier. In addition, out tasting menù is always available, as well as seasonal themed tasting menus, ranging from game-based to chestnut-based dishes, depending on what the time of the year has to offer.
Chef Davide, aided by Antonio, Enrico and Davide and with the help of Hussein are the Giacomelli family and restaurant director Mauro Bortolotti's dream team in the kitchen.
