Not even a temperature of minus 20 can stop them. Armed with barbed wire, rasps and pickaxes with serrated edges the Art in Ice sculptors transform ten blocks of snow into ten contemporary works of art. With the passing of the weeks the sun, wind and snow soften the corners and thin down the walls…. making them thinner and thinner, until they finally melt.
