Vom 1. Mai bis zum 31. Oktober sind Stornierungen bis innerhalb 16 Tagen vor Anreise kostenfrei.
Vom 1. November bis zum 30. April sind Stornierungen bis innerhalb 30 Tagen vor Anreise kostenfrei.
Im Falle einer nach dem oben angeführten Termin durchgeführten Stornierung, wird Ihnen der folgende Betrag von der Kreditkarte, die Sie uns als Garantie angegeben haben, abgezogen:
30 bis 8 Tage vor dem Ankunftstermin: 30% vom Gesamtbetrag
7 bis 4 Tage vor dem Ankunftstermin: 60% vom Gesamtbetrag
3 bis 1 Tag vor dem Ankunftstermin: 90% vom Gesamtbetrag
Bei Nichterscheinen: 100% vom Gesamtbetrag
Falls eine verfrühte Abreise oder verspätete Ankunft erfolgt, werden wir den Aufenthaltsgesamtbetrag berechnen.
